I want to know if you can ship internationally
and accept credit card as a form of

We accept international orders
always, and we have many customers
from Australia, Canada, United States,
Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Denmark,
The Netherlands, Thailand, Japan etc.
FedEx can deliver
to where our customers can be extended
to where!
We can accept customer sample order
payment via Paypal, Bank wire transfer,
Payoneer etc, but we are sorry can
not accept customer credit card
payment directly.
Q. I have not
vendors license, can i purchase your website
items?

It is no problem for purchase our
website customized products and custom design
glass beads, silver beads if you have not
vendors license.
Q. How much tax
rate/tariffs if I purchase items from your
website?

We try our best help our customers
avoid the orders tax/tariffs always.
For our customer order
package express waybill and commercial invoice:
we declare the packaegs content only samples
for customer check quality and design, no
commercial value, and sample package commercial
invoice less that $30 US Dollar for save
cost duty & tax.
In general, our customer order package will
with free duty or only very little tax/tariffs.
But if you need actual value for purchase
order, it is ok also, we can issue the
official invoice with actual value for
order package, but please note that this
may have a huge amount of tariffs for
your order.
Q. How to do if I want
to customized make personal design beads?

Q. I am looking to make
custom pandora beads for me. however, I am not
looking to purchase these in bulk, I want to purchase
them as gifts and only need 50 pieces!
Is this something your company is able to do?

because customized engraving brand stamped needs
to produce via mold.
We have help our customers make custom word stamped
glass beads with 50 pieces, if the customer gree
to bear of custom word stamped mold fee.
Q. How do I know if
I am getting a real sterling silver core murano

if customer request, we can email Inspection
Certificate to customer for our items.

silver cores tarnish or turn dark?

Q. Why I have not got
any response on time since I have send out inquiry
email?

Usually we will reply customer inquiry
by email within 3 business days, if you have not
get response from us: Perhaps:
* You typed wrong email address to us on your
contact information form. please inquiry again
and make sure your email address is correct.
* Your order quantity is less than our M.O.Q or
you inquiry email is indefinite about what you
need.
* Some email service provider block the email
sometimes, please resend from your another email
(recommend: gmail, hotmail, outlook).
* You are from CHINA, to protect our products
will not be copied to poor quality cheap price
items,

Q. Do your customized
glass beads and silver charms interchangeable
with all other brand jewelry?
A.
Our website customized brand stamped silver
core glass bead, customized silver beads and silver
charms slide hole size is 4.5mm are interchangeable
and fit with Pandora, Biagi, Chamilia, Tedora
and other brand jewelry.
* Trollbeads starters are 3mm chain like Pandora,
Biagi, Chamilia and others, but they do not
have END CAPS, which add about 1.5mm to the
size. therefore, all our charms will fit on
Trollbeads starters, but no Trollbeads will
fit on any other brand of starter.
