OKBeads.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned.

1. All items sold from OKBeads.com website are covered by our return policy.
2. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. we only accept return products in their original condition. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return your order, you will need to contact customer service department via email: info@okbeads.com
3. Mis-shipped products: for mis-shipped items (item shipped was not what you ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for exchange and any shipping fees occurred. you are eligible for a full refund in this case.
4. Design & Color Errors: if the design & color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply the case which the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

The good news is that after placing your order, you still have time to change your mind. please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping fee and 50% of the product purchase price.
Orders cancelled beyond 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
Once your order was shipped, it can not be cancelled.

OKBeads.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your order advance payment paid. If your order advance payment has been paid for the purchase and your order is canceled, OKBeads Ltd. will refund your money promptly.
3. How To Return:
Return Process
1. Submit a return request to Customer Service within 30 days of your order shipment. Include an explanation and photographs documenting reason for the return.
2. Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send email to us for return item nubmer with quantity as soon as possible.
3. Once received your return item package, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 working days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for send the cost to you directly by paypal or bank transfer.
Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you. Before returning, please read and follow the instructions above. You may email our customer service department. We will be glad to help you. Please make sure that you have read our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before sending any items back to us.

> Defective items: If there have any defective items for your orders, you can return defective items to us, we will replace the new items or refund the defective items cost to you with your request. (For return items or refund payment will within 5 work days of receipt of your shipment)
> Not defective items: If it is only you are not like the items designs, quality or other reasons, you can return to us also, but please note, the items must be not used and within 10 days you receive.
