Why does my custom design products order have mold fees?

Because custom design silver beads, silver charms and glass items are unique and unique designs, they need to be produced using molds.
In order to ensure the quality and design of customized products, we all arrange professional mold factories to produce molds for customized products, so customers need to pay for customized products mold fees.

CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER PROCESS

After confirmation:

We send orders invoices to customer for payment:

The order will continue after payment is received:
1. make mold for customized itme (about 5 days)
2. bulk production of customer orders.
