1. CUSTOMIZATION:
We can make unique and personalized
custom design murano glass beads, silver charms and
custom silver jewelry etc., according to the pictures,
design drawings and inspirational descriptions provided
by our customers.
Based on the customer has a reasonable and sufficient
budget.
2. COMPATIBLE WITH:
Each customized murano glass bead, silver charm
bead and silver jewelry can be compatible and interchangeable
with PANDORA, CHAMILIA, TROLLBEADS and any other Brand
Jewelry requested by the customer.
3. CUSTOM DESIGN M.O.Q:
For customized orders, THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE
NUMBER OF STYLES,
customers can buy only one design murano glass beads,
one style custom brand silver bead, or one personalized
custom silver charm jewelry.
However, because each custom design bead
is unique, and each custom design bead needs to be
individually designed with a new mold, so there is
a minimum order quantity requirement for custom design
bead.
Normally, the minimum order quantity for each customized
silver charm bead is 100pcs, if there are more
than 5 style customized silver charms or silver beads
in the customer's order, the minimum order quantity
for a single customized silver charm bead can be 50pcs
for each style.
4. PRICE AND MOLD FEES:
Unit price of custom silver charm
is made up of the following:
The complexity of the product design of the custom
silver charm beads.
The production process of the custom silver silver
charm beads.
The total weight of the silver material and other
precious metals used in the custom silver charm beads.
(this accounts for about 70% of the unit price)
The quantity of the custom silver charm bead order.

ABOUT MOLD FEES:
- Because each custom silver charm bead is unique,
each custom silver charm bead we need to design
individually with a new mold, so there will be a
mold fee for each custom silver charm bead for customer,
normally, the mold fee for each custom silver charm
bead is US $85.
NOTE: The mold fee for each model of custom
order is a one-time fee,
which will only be charged on the customer's first
order, and the customer will not incur any further
mold fee for subsequent repeat orders.
Currently, We have an incentive
policy: when the total number of customized
products ordered by the customer reaches a certain
value (the approximate quantity requirement is:
2000 pcs for a single customized silver charm bead
order, please contact us by email for specific requirements),
we will refund the customer's mold fee for that
customized silver glamour bead and deduct the mold
fee of that customized silver glamour bead from
the total amount of the order when the quantity
reaches a certain requirement. We will refund the
mold fee of the customized silver charm and deduct
the mold fee of the customized silver charm from
the total amount of the order when the quantity
reaches the requirement.
ABOUT GLASS BEAD MOLD FEE:
- Because we are a direct manufacturer of glass
beads, each glass bead is developed by our experienced
and skilled craftsmen with no additional expenses,
so we currently help our customers with free custom
designs until they are satisfied.
There is no mold fee for custom designed glass beads.

5. CUSTOMIZED ORDER LEAD TIME:
According to the customer's custom specific order
quantity and detail customization requirements, the
lead time is about 10-20 days.
* customized silver charm and bead need to be designed
with new molds, and it takes about 5 days to open
the mold
NOTE:
Our confirmed lead time is calculated after the
customer's order is confirmed and the order is submitted
payment.
